Ground beef Enchilada casserole

Ingredients
1 chopped onion1 lb ground beef2 cans black beans, low sodium1 can diced green chiles1 cup chopped tomato5 Tbsp sour cream10 corn tortillas4 Tbsp salsa1 cup shredded cheese1 Tbsp fat free milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook onion and ground beef in dutch oven. Once beef is browned, add chopped tomatoes, can chile, 3 TBSP sour cream, and taco seasoning.

Spray 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray. Spread 5 tortillas on bottom.

Mix black beans, 2 Tbsp sour cream and salsa. Mash with a fork or use an "immersion" blender to mix the ingredients.

Spread bean mixture on tortillas, then layer the meat mixture, sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese, then layer the remaining 5 tortillas on the top. Brush the top tortillas with the milk, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.

Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil then cook another 10 minutes.
