Tofu Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
* Nasoya Silken Tofu, 455 gram(s) (remove) * Strawberries, fresh, 8 medium (1-1/4" dia) (remove) * Powdered Sugar, 1.2 cup, unsifted (remove)
Directions
Puree strawberries until they reach a thick, liquid consistency. Add tofu and blend until fully combined. Add confectioners' sugar & blend until smooth. Pour mixture into an airtight container & chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Can serve with a whole strawberry on top.
