Ingredients
about 1 cup ice cubes Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed Raspberries, 1 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Premium Nutrition Vanilla Protein Shake, 1 serving
Directions
Add all ingredients to bowl. Use hand blender to blend. Split between to insulated cups and serve.
