Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pkg. Lipton Onion/Mushroom Soup1 Can Progresso Recipe Starter Portabello Mushroom Sauce1-8 oz. pkg. of fat free cream cheeseWater to desired thickness1/2 lb. top sirloin roast (cut into cubes)
Directions
Brown Roast until tender and done. Add mushroom/onion soup and a little water. Stir so as to prevent sticking. Add sauce and turn on low. Simmer until tender (about 30 minutes). Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Simmer until warm through. Serve over noodles or rice.
