Ingredients
1/2 bag of chips1 can of Rotel or other canned chopped tomatoes1 cup chopped onion1 pkg of Taco seasoning1 cup of Greek Yogurt1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey if preferred1 3/4 cup Fat free shredded cheese
Directions
Brown beef and slightly saute onion, drain. Combine tomatoes, seasoning and yogurt to beef and onion. Spray casserole pan, layer bottom with chips, 1/2 beef mixture and lightly cover with cheese...repeat then bake @ 350 for 30 min.
