Greek Chicken and Potato Foil Packet

Ingredients
Chicken breast1 medium Potato, sliced in wedges3/4 cup Carrots, sliced1/2 cup Onions, chopped1/2 tsp Olive Oil1 clove GarlicOreganoSaltPepper
Directions
Single serving!

*Serve with 1 cup raw vegetables.

-Preheat oven to 350.
-Arrange half of the potatoes, carrots, and onions, on two pieces of aluminum foil.
-Place chicken breast in center, and load on the remaining vegetables.
-Sprinkle with seasonings and dash of oil.
-Wrap in foil and bake for 45 minutes.
