Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups Onions, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Carrots, Celery1 tsp fresh ginger1 tsp fresh garlic1 tsp red pepper flakes2 eggs (substitute: chicken, beef, turkey)2 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos (substitute: soy sauce)1/2 cup broth1 cup brown rice, cooked
Directions
-Stir fry veggies in preheated skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
-Add ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes.
-Push veggies aside and cook 2 eggs in pan.
-Combine ingredients when the egg is cooked.
-Add Bragg's aminos and broth.
-Cook one minute.
-Add rice.
-Cook until liquid is reduced.
