1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed Meal1/4 cup Almond Flour1 tsp Baking Powder2 T Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)Sweetener of choice (I used a mix of Stevia/Xylitol)2 Eggs3 T Natural Peanut Butter (unsweetened)1 T Butter (melted)
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, peanut butter, and melted butter. Stir until smooth. Microwave for 1-2 min until desired texture. You can use a large mug or a bowl. Optional: Top with fresh whipped cream and a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
