"Stuffed" Tilapia

Ingredients
6 - 4oz Tilapia filets 18 Triscuits (3 servings)2 oz Lemon Juice1/2 tsp Salt*1 T. Butter*1/2 tsp each Black Pepper and Garlic Powder
Directions
Crush Triscuits in bowl. Melt butter. Mix butter, lemon and seasoning into crackers. Top fish with cracker mix. Cook 10 - 15 minutes on 375.


*Optional - added for yummy flavor. Butter helps hold crackers together, but EVOO works just as well.
