Home Made Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar3/4 cup cocoa1/2 cup milk10 tbsp butter1 tbsp vanilla
Directions
~Sift Sugar and cocoa into mixing bowl.
~On low mix until well blended.
~Add butter and vanilla and mix on medium.
~Gradually add milk until to desired consistency.
*Nutritional based on two layer cake.

    This came out pretty good, except I only added a little over 1 tsp of vanilla. Not sure if that was a misprint or not. The consistency was just fine to drizzle over a banana choc chip cake that I made. Yummy! - 3/27/11
