Carrot and Broccoli Stem Slaw

Ingredients
Broccoli stems, juliannedCarrots,juliannedCelery, juliannedGranny Smith apple, julianned1c greek plain yogurt1/2 c light mayo1/4 c dijon mustard1/4 c cider vinegar1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Julianne broccoli, carrots, celery and apple. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour over vegetables and let marinade at least 2 hours.
