Gluten Free Confetti Rice

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked brown rice1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (corn, carrots, peas, beans) (nutrional values include peas and corn) 1/2 cup natural pineapple tidbits and1/4 cup of their pineapple juice1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Add oil and frozen vegetables to a large skillet. Turn on heat and saute vegetables for 3 minutes. Stir in cooked rice. Stir-fry mixture until rice is heated through. Stir in pineapples with juice and cook one minute more.
