Chicken Broccoli Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
Ingredients:Darielle Pasta, Low Carb Pasta, Elbows, 8 oz dry makes about 1 1/2 cup cookedChicken Breast, no skin, cooked and diced about 10-12 ounces Broccoli, cooked and cut into bite size pieces about 3 cupsMushrooms, canned, .5 cup Canned Tomatoes, 1 can diced and drainedrondele garlic and herb spreadable cheese, 16 tbsp or 8 oz packageSour Cream, reduced fat, .75 cup
Directions
In large skillet on medium heat add 2 table spoons of olive oil cook chicken until done. Cool and dice chicken. DO NOT THROW OUT OIL IN SKILLET

While preparing chicken cook pasta as directed and also steam broccoli for about 8 to 10 minutes in microwave

Saute finely chopped garlic and onion in skillet that chicken was cooked in...add drained canned mushrooms then return diced chicken. Next add drained diced tomatoes and steamed broccoli. Remove from heat, cover and let stand.

In sauce pan on low heat add Rondele and Sour Cream until melted add 1/4 cup of water

In Large serving bowl place the drained cooked pasta in bowl then add the Rondele Sauce stir well then slowly stir in chicken mixture.

Serve Topped with your favorite cheese and a veggie salad
