Nona's Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients
1 12 oz jar marrinated artichoke hearts1 15 oz can chick peas1 6 oz can pitted ripe black olives1/2 red onion1/4 cuo extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar1 tsp Italian seasonings3 cloves garlic
Directions
Drain the artichoke hearts and olives then add to bowl. Drain and rinse chick peas and add to bowl. Slice red onion thinnly and add to bowl. Put olive oil, vinegar, garlic and seasonings in a blender and blend. Pour dressing over salad, cover and place in refrigerator for an hour. The longer it chills the better.
