15 potatoes3 3/4 onions2/3 cup butter and 2 tsp2/3 cup of all-purpose flour and 2tsp7 1/2 cup of milk5 2/3 cup of cheddar cheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven at 400°F.
Slice potatoes 1/4 inch, thinly slice onions.
Put a row of potatoes, then the onions and then the rest of the potatoes.
In a casserole melt butter medium heat, then add flour whisk for one minute then add milk when the mixture is thick add all the cheese.
When all melted pour over the potatoes then put in oven for 1 hour and 1/2. Enjoy.
