Ingredients
1 4 oz Tilapia Filet2 tbs Olive Oilsprinkle Orange rindSprinkle Lemon rind sprinkle lemon salt
Directions
Heat olive oil in fry pan. Sprinkle filet with orange, lemon rinds and lemon salt on both sides, place in fry pan and cook until flakes. Serve hot.
