HH Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 12.3 oz package of Mori-Nu shelf stable tofu or half a package of refridgerated tofu drained1 cup almond milk1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp nutmegpinch of saltpinch of pepperdash of cayenne pwoder1/2 cup nutritional yeastchopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients except parsley into a blender and blend until smooth

Transfer ingredients to a small saucepan and heat through stirring frequently until thickened. Sauce will thicken more when absorbed by warm pasta.

Ganish with fresh parsley
