GREEN BEANS

Ingredients
Red Bell Pepper (1 large)Onion (1/2 medium sized onion)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Green Beans (snap), about 1 lbJAMON SEASONING (GOYA) 1 packetYellow Tail (Shiraz), 4 oz Vinegar: White Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook green beans in a pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes or until Al Dente.

Meanwhile saute peppers and onions in a saute pan with the Jamon seasoning.

When the onions are translucent, add the garlic and saute for 3 more minutes.

Add the green beans with red wine and vinegar. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
