Spicy Thai Chicken & Noodles

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast1 1/4 cups water2 1/2 tsp brown sugar2 tsp soy sauce1 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp seasoned salt1/2 tsp cornstarch1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes1/4 cup peanut butter1/4 cup sliced green onion1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro8 oz linguine, cooked, drained1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Brown chicken in a pan. Stir together in crock pot water, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, seasoned salt, cornstarch, pepper flakes, peanut butter, green onion, and cilantro. Add chicken to crock pot.
Cook on low setting 6 hours.
At meal time, prepare the linguine. Stir the contents of the crock pot. Plate the chicken mixture on top of the linguine. Top with dry roasted peanuts.
