Ingredients
2 Small packages of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless2 cans black beans reduced sodium1 can red kidney beans (dark or not) Reduced Sodium1 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup La Victoria Salsa Medium-hot 1.5 Cup Water1 small onion dicedPinch of CowBoy Rub (McCormick Grilling Rub)Sprinkle of garlic powder1/4 cup Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb (Salt free!)
Directions
Place all ingredients in order according to ingredients list into crockpot/slow cooker
Chicken, then rinse beans and corn in a strainer...then place in crock pot
Then cooked rice on top, cover with water
then add the onions ontop
