Cabbage and Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients
Salad8 cups chopped cabbage (mix of any you like)1/4 c. finely diced onion1/3 c. sliced almonds2 packages Oriental flavor ramen noodles, crumbledDressing1 flavor packet from ramen noodles1/2 c. canola oil1/3 c. rice vinegar3 T. soy sauce3 T. sesame oil2 T. sugar
Directions
1. Prep vegetables or use already prepared items (coleslaw mix and/or chopped salad onions).
2. Toss cabbage, onions, almonds and noodles together in a large bowl.
3. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, adding oils last.
4. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir thoroughly to combine.
