Home made chicken soup that is then pureed for Bariatric surgery recovery.Sautee onions, carrots, and celery in canola oil. After the vegetables sweat down, add cut up chicken until rendered. Add 1/2 gallon of water to pot and season as desired. Bring to a boil and then cut heat to simmer. Cook time approximately 4 hours.Remove bones from pot.Take 2 oz of chicken, 4 oz of broth, and 1/4 cup of the vegetables to blender. Serve approximately 1/4 cup for Bariatric Surgery recovery.
