Cream cheese banana muffins

3/4 cup margarine, soft8 oz. fat free cream cheese1 2/3 cup granulated sugar3 cups self rising flour1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda4 large egg whites3 medium to large mashed bananas (fresh)
In a bowl blend softened margarine and cream cheese until smooth; about 2 minutes on medium speed. Slowly add sugar and blend. Add egg whites and vanilla and blend until just combined. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly combine liquid mixture and blend for 1 minute on medium speed until smooth. Mash 3 overripe bananas in a bowl and mix into batter. Pour into muffin tins until each are half full. Bake in lightly greased muffin tins for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F on convection bake. (15 minutes for mini muffins) Let cool for 2 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 24 large muffins, four times as many mini muffins.
