Ingredients
1/2 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp ginger1 tsp garlic4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped2 cups sweet peppers, chopped1 cup asparagus, chopped1 cup onions, chopped2 tbs teryaki sauce2 chicken breasts2 cups water
Directions
1. chop your vegetables
2. satay garlic and ginger in olive oil
3. Add vegetables to Wok
4. add water to wok, steam veggies
5. chop chicken and marinade in teriyaki sauce
6. when veggies are soft pour into strainer
7. cook chicken in wok
8. when chicken is cooked, add veggies
9. eat with rice
