1 lb lean beef stewing beef cut up into bite size pieces, fry beef, eliminate fat, then put cooked beef into pot which has 3 cans of low salt tomatoe soup, 1 can 14.5 onces of diced tomatoes, 14,5 onzes of stewed tomatoe, 3 coups of low fat beef broth, 3 cans of fat free chicken broth, 2 cups cold water, 1 cup long grain rice, 1 head of cabage diced up, 1 diced medium onion, 4 cloves of minced garlic, pepper and salt to suit your taste, cook over medium heat for 1 hour, serves 10, 270 calories per dish.
