3 2 1 Cake (coffee cup cake)

Ingredients
1 box of Angel Food cake mix1 box of any other flavor cake mix (I used chocolate for the calorie count)Tap water
Put both boxes of dry mix in a gallon ziploc bag and mix thoroughly.
Put 3 scoops (I use a TBSP measuring spoon) of dry mix in a coffee cup
Add 2 scoops (same measure) water
Mix well
Microwave for 1 minute
The 30 servings is approximate, but close. That is based on 3 TBSP dry mix per serving.
Serving Size: Each coffee cup cake is a single serving
