Ingredients
Strong White Flour, 310 gramsFlour - Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Hovis), 140 gramsMilk, 2%, 175 mLWater, tap, 175 mLButter, unsalted, 25 gramsSalt, 1 tspGranulated Sugar, 3 tspBread Machine Yeast, 2.5 tsp
Directions
Combine and warm the liquid ingredients to 'blood temperature' and place in the bread-pan. Mix the flours and sprinkle over the top of the liquid; add yeast to a shallow well in centre of flour; add butter salt and sugar to different corners of the bread pan. Bake on a rapid cycle.

Serving Size: Cuts to approximately 12 slices.
