creamy zucchini and greens soup

Ingredients
4 tbs EVOO4 med onion, diced3 stalks celery, diced6 med carrots, diced5 tbs garlic, crushed4 tbs vegetable base16 cups sliced zucchini/summer squash16 cups greens (swiss chard/spinach)16 cups h202 tbs crushed red pepper flakes ( or to taste) s & p to taste
Directions
heat EVOO in large pot. add onions,celery, carrots and garlic. saute until fragrant. add remaining ingredients. cook until done. blend. serve.
