Creamy Chicken Casserole with Stuffing

1 whole chicken or 4-5 breasts1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup skim milk1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery8 oz Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing14 oz Chicken Broth
Bring large pot of water to boil and add chicken. Lightly boil for 30 minutes. If whole chicken - remove all skin and bones. Reserve liquid if not using canned broth. Cube or shred chicken into a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Mix together soup and milk and pour over chicken. Pour stuffing into a mixing bowl. Saute onion until tender and add to stuffing. Add broth to stuffing and stir until moist. Spread stuffing mixture on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
