Carrots, 1/2 cup, choppedCelery, 1/2 cup, dicedOnions, 3/4 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clovesCabbage,1 med head, choppedBroccoli, 1 bunch, choppedChicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cupsTomato Paste, 1/4 cupCrushed Tomatoes, 28 oz. canBasil,1/2 tspOregano, ground, 1/4 tspZucchini, 1 cup, sliced
Using a spray oil, saute carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cover the pot and leave on LOW for 15-20 min. Add cabbage, broccoli, broth, basil and oregano, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cover and let simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Lastly, add zucchini and let simmer 15 min longer.
