Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup quick oats4 tsp. baking powder1.2 tsp. salt1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice4 large eggs1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup water16 oz. solid-pack pumpkin
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place paper liners in muffin tins. Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl, set aside. Beat eggs sugar, and oil until light and fluffy. Add water and pumpkin, mix well. Stir in dry ingredients. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
