1/3 cup flax meal1/3 cup almond meal1 tsp baking powderpinch of salt1 tbsp oil1 tbsp cream1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Coat Microwave safe bowl with Pam.
Fill with batter.
Cook for 1 minute on High in Microwave.
