Ingredients
4 C Fiber One Bran Cereal, ground in food processor4 C Whole Wheat Flour1/3 C Equate Benefiber1 C Cocoa Powder4 T Baking Powder3 T Egg Replacer Powder50 oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips3/4 C Water1/4 C VanillaThis is not overly sweet. You can add a small amount of sugar or sugar replacer if you prefer.
Directions
Mix Dry ingredients. Stir In wet ingredients and chips at same time to prevent over stirring. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Bake 30 min at 350F.
