Directions
Boil pork with salt until tender,drain and deep fry,set aside.boil 6cups of water then put pork,soysauce,rootbeer,anise seed,brown sugar.simmer on high fire for 30 minutes.add carrot and mushroom.add flour & water mixture until sauce is thick.add in bok choy.
