Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
2-3 large fresh, green tomatoes - thickly sliced (8 slices)2 cups cracker, or bread crumbs 3-4 extra large eggs, beaten1/4 cup soft margarine (or butter)Seasoning salt, lemon pepper & ground cumin, to taste
Directions
Use fresh, GREEN tomatoes - sliced thickly. Heat skillet to med-high heat, and melt margarine. Dip tomato slices in beaten eggs, and then coat with cracker crumbs. (or bread crumbs). Fry at med-high heat until well browned. Season to taste. Suggested: Seasoning salt, lemon pepper and cumin (sparingly) Serve immediately.
