Hungry Girl Honey Mustard Pretzel-Coated Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
6 TBSP Honey Mustard1/4 C Egg Beaters20 oz raw boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips2 oz pretzels, crushed4 tsp sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Mix mustard and Egg Beaters in a large, sealable plastic bag. Add chicken strips. Allow chicken to marinate at least 5 minutes.

Mix pretzel crumbs with sugar.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Coat chicken strips with pretzel/sugar mixture and place on baking sheet. Spray the tops of the chicken strips with nonstick spray.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
