Ingredients
40 cups collards ( about 1 fresh bunch)10 cups water2 oz cured pork salt, pepper to taste5 tsp of splenda no calorie sweetner
Directions
Chop and clean greens.
Boil ham until tender. Add fresh greens. Salt and pper to taste and also add spelnda. Coo for about 20 minutes or until yoir consistency for greens.
