Broccoli N Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup skim milk1 tbsp. dijon mustard16 oz. frozen broccoli1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs2 tsp. light margarine, melted
Directions
Sitr soup, milk, broccoli, and cheese in a 2 qt. casserole.

Mix the breadcrumbs and butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or unitl mixture is hot and bubbly.

    I havent made this yet but sounds good...will probably add chicken to make a full meal out of it. - 4/27/08
