Ingredients
12" 9 grain wheat bread2 servings BMT meat2 servings grated Colby Cheese2 servings Ranch Dressing2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese2 servings fresh spinach
Directions
Place meat and grated cheese on wheat bread. Toast in toaster oven for 1 minute. Top with Parmesan cheese, Ranch Dressing, and Spinach. Cut into 4 pieces and eat 2 per meal. ENJOY!!!
