Baked vanilla donuts

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, .75 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Buttermilk, lowfat, .75 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2 tbsp (melted) Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
Directions
mix all of the ingredients together , pour about 3/4 of mix in a donut pan, bake at 375 degrees in an oven. bake for 10-12 minutes.
