preheat oven 200 C
boil water in pot ,cut peppers in half and boil for 10 mins. drain and cool.
heat pan add olive oil
fry mince meat ( add salt und pepper to season)
add soy protein
add diced vegies ( mushroom,zucchini)
add canned tomatoes & tomatoe paste
stir in mixture. add 2 cups water and peanut butter
simmer for 10 mins
stuff peppers with mixture place in oven on a baking tray for 20 mins
shortly befor serving remove from oven grate cheddar cheese and allow to melt in the oven
remove and serve with favorite green salad
