Jerk Style Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1/4 pound of ground turkey meat1 tsp of Allspice1 tsp of cinnamon1 tsp of McCormick Steak Seasoning1 tsp minced fresh ginger¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)1 tsp lime juice2 tsp soy sauce2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 small clove of garlic1.5 Tbsp of chopped red onion1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form two patties. Cook on medium heat on stove top covered until juices run clear - about 8 minutes. Top with fruit salsa or chutney.
