cauliflower and zucchini bread (substitute)

Ingredients
one head cauliflower cooked2 C shredded zucchini (cooked)2 C cheddar cheese3 eggsseasoning to taste
Directions
boil cauliflower and zucchini until tender
drain well
use mixer or food processer to mash
continue to cool and drain in collander
combine with eggs, flour cheese, seasonings

distribute in desired pan (thinner is better), bake 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
