Low Calorie Granola

Ingredients
4 cups dry oats1 cup sweetened coconut1/2 cup slivered almonds1 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 cup honey1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup1/2 cup peach jelly (or apple jelly)1/3 cup warm water1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
toss oats, coconut, almonds and cinnamon together in large bowl. in separate cup, mix all liquid together and stir well to combine. pour over the oat mixture and toss until well coated. pour onto sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, stirring and tossing mixture every 10 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool completely and enjoy.
