Crock Pot Applesauce

Ingredients
12 Cups Pared cored thinly sliced, cooking apples1/2 Cup splenda1/2 Tsp cinnamon1 Cup water1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Place apples in slow cooker.
Combine splenda and cinnamon. Mix with apples.
Stir in the water and lemon juice.
Cover and cook on low 5-7 hours or high 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours. Stir for chunky sauce or puree in blender for a smoother applesauce. Serve hot or cold.
