Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
4 cups freshly made black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 c cooked quinoa (1/4 c dry)1 c rolled oats, blended to make a breadcrumb like texture2 Tbsp ketchup1 Tbsp onion powder1/4 c yellow bell pepper, minced1 1/2 tsp cumindash tabasco sauce1 Tbsp brown sugar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepperPam cooking spray
Directions
spray grill pan with Pam. Mash black beans using food processor to get a rough chop, leaving some beans in larger pieces for texture. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Form 8 patties, and place on wax paper. Refrigerate or freeze for 15 minutes to keep patties together. Cook on grill pan over stovetop.
