Mushrooms and Red wine

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slicesButter, salted, 2 tbsp Red Wine, 1/4 C.Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long), chopped
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Wash mushrooms, then saute for about 5 minutes in the butter. Add a dash of salt and pepper (if desired), then 1/4 C. red wine. Stir for another 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Add chopped scallions at the last minute, then remove from heat.
Serve with beef or chicken, or mix into cooked pasta.
