Ham, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean2 cups cooked Wild Rice .5 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded .5 cup Fat Free Mozzarella cheese,shredded 1 cup Broccoli, cut into flowerettes1 cup Cauliflower, cut into flowerettes1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 tbsp reduced fat Sour Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Mix well. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes.
