Quinoa Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans3 eggs 2 cups cooked quinoa2/3 c. lowfat cottage cheese1/2 c. instant potato flakes 1/4 c shredded Carrotspeppercuminsalt garlic
Directions
Mix Black Beans, eggs, cooked quinoa, cottage cheese, instant potato flakes, shredded Carrots and seasonings
in bowl. Put 1 scoop in hot sautee pan with olive oil. Cook until browned on both sides.
