Easy Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup sugar1 1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 egg whites1 cup banana, mashed1/4 applesauce, unsweetened1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add egg whites, banana, walnuts and applesauce. Stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
